Meet Our Doctors

Herbert M. Juarbe, M.D.

Dr. Herbert Juarbe earned his medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  He continued his training with an Internship and Residency at MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  Dr. Juarbe then completed a prestigious Fellowship at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Dr. Juarbe has attained numerous achievements throughout his career.  He is the recipient of many honors and awards, including being named to the Washington Post’s “Super Doctors” and Washingtonian Magazine’s “Top Doctors.”

Anda Gonciulea, M.D.

Dr. Anda Gonciulea earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Craiova, Romania.  She continued her training with a Residency at Emergency County Hospital in Craiova, Romania, as well as a Residency at Yale University.  Dr. Gonciulea then completed a Fellowship at John Hopkins University School of Medicine .

Dr. Gonciulea has attained numerous honors and awards throughout her career, including the Romanian Government Scholarship for Academic Excellence. (These scholarships are awarded to the top 5% of students in the country annually).
